He hired a full-time developer and went to work designing & engineering the foundation the current platform is based on. Over the years he has worked diligently to refine and add functions that create a better user experience. The software was what gave the first two Licensees the ability to build their businesses with a better solution from their inception. From 2015 to 2020 mark and his 2 first licensees consolidated their efforts with customer service, quality control, and the further development of the platform to help control cost. In 2017 Scott joined Mark as a Licensee and rapidly built his business to generate well over a million dollars in revenue his 3rd year in the business. In 2020 Scott and Mark joined together to create Brango and provide an offering to others looking to get into this industry. By combining Mark’s software, experience, and team with Scott’s background of business development and management, they have created a less risky way to enter the employment screening industry.
